It allows local authorities to distribute emergency food aid, distribute helicopter money and sustain economic recovery with public support. Thanks to a special partnership with Visa, the card is deployed quickly (2-4 weeks) and allows to restrict how the money is used. They are looking for commercial agreements with technical assistance.
