Non-invasive and real-time analysis of fluids in food & beverage industry


A Swedish company is offering a completely non-invasive technology, based on active acoustic spectroscopy, to measure fluid properties (solid content/density/viscosity) and facilitate the analysis of process sections for an eco-friendly and a more efficient production. The company seeks a commercial agreement with technical assistance, ideally with breweries or dairies based in Europe, to verify the system in a Proof of Concept where it can be used in e.g. fermentation and thickening processes.
