An edtech platform that uses social networks in and before lessons

A Spanish university has developed a platform that aims at improving the quality of teaching. This platform provides teachers with a supplementary mechanism based on social networks to transmit to their student the most important ideas discussed during a class session. Moreover, this platform has several modules that allow prior preparation of the class and help keep track of it in person. Looking for commercial agreement with technical assistance and technical cooperation agreement.
